David Kitchen is a Managing Director, Senior Transaction Counsel at LuminArx Capital Management.
Mr. Kitchen brings more than 40 years of experience in finance, restructuring, and corporate law. Prior to joining LuminArx, Mr. Kitchen was a partner at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP. Following his time at Skadden, he served as the senior attorney overseeing corporate finance at Zillow and later as General Counsel at The Change Company and Builders Capital.
Mr. Kitchen received a Bachelor of Arts from Dartmouth College and a Juris Doctor from Loyola Law School.
