Jonathan Bednarz is a Vice President on the Investment Team at LuminArx Capital Management.
Mr. Bednarz is a senior investment professional with experience investing across the capital structure in special situations and strategic transactions. Prior to joining LuminArx, Mr. Bednarz was a senior analyst at Deep Ocean Partners, an investment firm focused on distressed corporate investments and providing private capital solutions to fintech and ecommerce businesses.
Previously, Mr. Bednarz was an investment professional at MFP Investors where he was responsible for private and public investments in debt and equity. Prior to joining MFP, Mr. Bednarz was a senior analyst at Trishield Capital and began his career at the Royal Bank of Scotland in the Special Situations Investment Group.
Mr. Bednarz graduated from Duke University’s Prat School of Engineering with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and a minor in Economics.
